From Southport Hospital Radio, to Hold Your Plums, Radio City and Dune FM, acting in Brookside, commentating on the Grand National and living in a shop window on Lord Street, flogging cruises on the telly, writing for the Visiter and eventually joining the BBC.
Neil enjoyed a rich and varied 25-year career in radio, tv and newspapers. These days he works for central government and is delighted to becoming a dad for the first time in 2026 at the age of 45! Join Neil for a walk down memory lane and tales about some familiar faces along the way.
