Thomas Henry Spencer was born on 31 July 1881 in Leeds, Yorkshire, to William Robert Spencer & Elizabeth Baxter. He was employed as A Company Manager – Photographer prior to enlisting. He was married to Lilian Richards. Thomas served in the Army Service Corps as a Private in WW1, service no. M/339101 and died on 12 July 1917 in Southport, Lancashire, England. He was buried 17 July 1917 in St. Cuthbert’s Churchyard, Churchtown, Southport.
