Norman Ainscough Kenyon was born on 10 October 1924 in Southport, Lancashire to Henry Kenyon and Nellie Ainscough. He was employed as a junior clerk in the offices of Holland's Toffee Factory in Southport prior to enlisting. Norman served in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve as an Sergeant in WW2, service no. 2204598 and died on 25 November 1943 in Charnwood Borough, Leicestershire, England. He was buried on 01 December 1943 in St. Cuthbert’s Churchyard, Churchtown, Southport.
