William Kelly was born on 05 January 1925 in Southport, Lancashire to Thomas Kelly and Margaret Rimmer. He was employed by J.G. Wilkinson Joiners prior to enlisting. William served in the Royal Navy as an Ordinary Seaman in WW2, service no. D/JX 421094 and died on 03 August 1943 in Durham, England. He was buried on 13 August 1943 in St. John’s Churchyard, Crossens, Southport.
